1. Purpose
This is Alessia's authoritative public index of policies, notices and public legal terms. Use it to check the applicable version and effective date, see what changed and find superseded published versions.
The canonical URL for each document shows its current effective version. A document that is approved or published before its effective date must clearly show the future effective date. Once a document has been superseded, its archived version is retained and may be requested using the legal contact below. Where an archived version is published online, its canonical route uses the format /legal/archive/{document-slug}/{YYYY-MM-DD}.

3. How versions work
- Version
1.0is the initial public version of a document. - A new major version indicates a material change to rights, obligations or how the Service operates. A new minor version normally indicates a clarification or administrative update that does not materially change rights or obligations.
- Where required, Alessia will provide notice or ask for fresh acceptance or consent before a change applies.
- Provider changes within an existing service category are shown in the Subprocessor and Service-provider List and do not necessarily change every linked policy.
- The effective date is when a version starts to apply. The publication date is when it was first made available and may be earlier where advance notice is appropriate.
- Superseded public versions are retained and may be requested using the legal contact below. Where an archive route is published, it follows the canonical format described in section 1.
4. Documents outside this public register
Customer-specific contractual documents, including Institution agreements, Order Documents and Data Processing Addenda, are not listed here. They apply under the relevant signed agreement.
