Our commitment
Alessia International Ltd aims to make its public website, purchasing journey, web application, mobile applications and generated portfolio reports usable by people with disabilities.
This statement covers:
- alessiahq.com and the marketing website;
- app.alessiahq.com;
- Alessia iOS and Android applications;
- account creation, subscription, cancellation and privacy controls; and
- generated PDF portfolio reports.
Current status
Alessia has not completed an independent accessibility audit and does not claim audited conformity with WCAG 2.2 or EN 301 549. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target standard, together with applicable EN 301 549 requirements where relevant, and we apply that target across all of the journeys this statement covers, including EU-facing journeys. We keep our position under applicable accessibility legislation, including the European Accessibility Act, under review at least annually.
How we assess accessibility
We self-assess representative core journeys across the website, web application, mobile applications and generated PDF reports against our target standard, including use with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, text resizing and reflow, and colour contrast. We record the browsers, devices, operating systems and assistive technologies used for each completed assessment.
Third-party services
Third-party services such as app stores and hosted payment pages have their own accessibility features and statements. Alessia remains responsible for selecting and integrating them appropriately and for providing an accessible route to complete essential tasks.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you cannot access part of Alessia, contact support@alessiahq.com and describe:
- the page, screen, feature or document;
- the device/browser/app and assistive technology;
- what you were trying to do; and
- the alternative format or support you need.
Do not include patient personal data or confidential portfolio evidence in the request. Alessia will acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.
We prioritise issues that block essential tasks such as account access, purchasing or cancellation, privacy controls, data export or making a complaint, and we aim to provide a practical accessible alternative or workaround for those issues quickly. For other reports we respond as soon as reasonably possible and keep you informed of progress until the issue is resolved or a suitable alternative is in place.
Privacy-related accessibility requests may be sent to privacy@alessiahq.com.
Preparation and review
This statement was prepared on 17 July 2026 from Alessia's internal review of the current product scope and accessibility approach. Alessia has not yet completed a formal or independent accessibility audit. Completed assessments and later audits will be reflected in an updated statement.
We review this statement at least annually and after a material change to the design system, checkout, authentication, reporting or mobile platforms.
